Bedroom Tapes
Among Zack’s friends and collaborators, the “Bedroom Tapes” has come to refer to a set of recordings that Zack made over the course of many years, primarily in his bedroom at home. These recordings range from raw, meandering voice memos Zack taped as he was writing lyrics and testing chords, to “finished” versions of Syzygy songs that have been mixed and mastered, sometimes with accompaniments on various instruments.
